Return and Exchange Policy
All merchandise shipped from our factory is inspected before being shipped. In the event that you should receive merchandise that is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 72 hours of receiving your items, by email or by telephone, in order to obtain an Authorization number.
Simply return the merchandise and we will ship you an exchange. Please make certain that the package is shipped in a manner that it can be tracked. If you do not obtain an authorization number and the merchandise is not shipped to us as described we reserve the right to refuse the package and or issue a refund.
